Apple Pancakes

Makes 6-8


Preparing and baking 30 - 40 min


Ingredients


125 ml crème fraîche or sour cream 

2 eating apples, grated 

125 g self-raising flour 

1 ts honey or syrup 

1 ts cinnamon 

1/2 ts nutmeg, granted 

1/2 ts salt 

4 eggs, separated 

some Oil 


Preparing


Heat the pan and grease some oil. Mix all the ingredients (except the egg whites) into a bowl and mix to a soft dropping consistency. Beat the egg whites to soft peak stage and fold in carefully. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the pan and turn when they bubble. Serve warm with sour cream or créme fraîche, fresh fruits, honey or syrup and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
