Organic Welltree - Who We Are

Our great wish came true in May 2017! We moved to Crieff, a small town in Perthshire, Scotland, and got to know the country and its people. In February 2020 we were able to buy a house in St. Martin, near Scone just outside Perth. The house was built in 1742 and was initially a coach house on the main road between Perth and Aberdeen. The house is named Kirklands because it temporarily belonged to the nearby church as a manse (the word kirk means church in Scotland). We bought the house from Jenny and Alan, who spent 17 happy years in Kirklands. Kirklands will be again a place where the doors are always open for guests.

It is our aim to protect and conserve our beautiful nature so far as is possible. We encounter nature and all creatures with respect and love - this was the reason to live as vegetarians. This is not as difficult as we initially expected. The vegetarian kitchen offers a richness of opportunities. As a result, we do not miss meat or fish. This was the beginning for cooking with happiness every day and to bake our own bread.

Everyone can do their part to conserve the beauty and perfection of nature. The easy things like waste reducing or energy saving can have a big affect on the environment.

We won’t write here with our guidance - there is no limit for creativity. You just need to start….
