Why are we so passionate about everything organic?

Organic is a vision for working and living in harmony with nature. The organic

principles of health, ecology, fairness and care apply to people, all living beings and

the planet’s ecosystem. By encouraging natural systems, organic farming,

production and life we help to create a better future for people, animals, and the

environment.

Furthermore, Organic food and farming are part of the solution to many of today’s

challenges, especially the climate and biodiversity crisis. Organic farming ensures

that plants emerge from a holistic, life-friendly source, feel comfortable in it and

develop well.

We do our best to support this philosophy and use as much organic, eco-friendly

and natural products. All of our provided food and drink are from certified products

and we use bleach-free and chemical-free products. We believe in sustainability

and reuse and recycle whereever and whenever possible.

We furthermore installed a Filter Systems which filters all of our property’s water.

Our garden is natural and all newly planted plants are organic as is the growing soil

we use. Our compost is made from organic vegetable and fruit peel and organic

matter from the garden.

Our hens are feed organic food and our dog, Missy, eat organic vegan food from Yarrah.

We want our guests to feel comfortable and healthy in our Organic Bed and

Breakfast and Yurts. Our organic breakfast is therefore made with the best products

and prepared with love.
