  • 125 ml crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 2 eating apples, grated
  • 125 g self-raising flour

Windy Hollow Farm is situated in Trinity Gask, near Auchterarder.

Since 2016 they have grown tea plants to produce black Windy Hollow Tea. Windy Hollow farm also produces herbs such as camomile, nettle and meadowsweet.
